There are no refunds on hair unit services provided by The Beauty Nanny. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss any issues or concerns you may have. We will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution.

All deposits are nonrefundable. You will receive an appointment reminder via text 1-2 days before your appointment. To reschedule, you must do so within 24-48 hours of your appointment by emailing info@thebeautynanny.com.

Clients are not guaranteed an appointment until they have paid the nonrefundable deposit through the online system.
