Cancellation Policy
You can book 90 days in advance. You must provide your own extensions. For Hair Replacement Services: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to confirm your appointment The deposit will be applied towards the total service cost and will be deducted from the final payment. Hair replacement units are purchased through a vendor by staff and requires 7-14 week delivery turn around. Please allot time accordingly. For Extension Services: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your appointment. For Silky Presses: A non- refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your appointment. All deposits are applied to your services total amount. Same day cancellations will result in full payment. Credit card information is required for booking. Same day class cancellations or no shows WILL NOT result in full payment.
